When winter windstorms hit, I harvest sticky sweet buds from the windfall of poplar branches that break from the trees. While I gather, I breathe in the distinct, resinous fragrance - a delicious scent that that can't be misatken for any other.
Back in my studio, I blend the poplar buds with certified organic oils to create a handmade, supremely moisturizing, anti-inflammatory soap bar.
By far the richest soap I make! If I were to make only one shower soap, this would be it!
